ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP).
General Policy:
2pifi services and equipment may not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, libelous, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or in a manner that invades another’s privacy or rights, or is otherwise objectionable at 2pifi’s sole discretion. By requesting the services, you agree not to use or permit others to use 2pifi’s services and equipment in any way that violates this AUP or other applicable policies. 2pifi reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to restrict, deny, terminate, or suspend service if any individual uses the services for unlawful or prohibited purposes or if 2pifi determines that such actions are necessary to protect the 2pifi network, equipment, services, or other subscribers. 2pifi also reserves the right to filter, restrict, or remove any information or materials that are deemed in violation of this AUP, regardless of their legality. Though 2pifi is not obligated to monitor transmissions or postings, 2pifi may do so to prevent unlawful or prohibited activities.
Permitted Uses
Residential Subscribers may use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as web surfing, email, and streaming video. Business services allow broader use, including use by employees, visitors, patrons, contractors, and vendors.
Unlawful and Prohibited Uses
The following activities are prohibited while using 2pifi services:

Transmitting or facilitating unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, telemarketing, promotional materials, and sending “junk mail” or bulk emails that do not comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Accessing, altering, or destroying another person or entity’s computer or network without consent.

Forging, falsifying, or obscuring message headers, IP addresses, or other identifiers to disguise the origin of transmissions.

Conducting “denial of service” (DoS) attacks or other activities that disrupt networks or services.

Using or distributing viruses, worms, or Trojan horses designed to harm systems.

Engaging in illegal, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or abusive conduct.

Violating applicable laws or terms of service of other networks or systems.
Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your devices and network while using 2pifi services. This includes but not limited to using firewalls, antivirus software, and strong passwords.
Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they access, transmit, or share through the Service. 2pifi doesn’t monitor or control the content available on the internet, and 2pifi is not responsible for any content you may encounter while using the Service. However, 2pifi reserves the right to take action, including restricting access or terminating accounts, if a User violates this AUP
Enforcement
2pifi reserves the right to take actions necessary to protect the integrity of the 2pifi network and the well-being of other users. These actions may include, but are not limited to:

Temporary or permanent suspension of your account

Restriction or throttling of network bandwidth

Termination of your Service agreement without prior notice
2pifi is not liable for any damages that may result from the enforcement of this AUP, including any loss of business, revenue, or data.
Amendments
2pifi may update or modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
